  • Communications — messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, our website contact form, or phone, and our replies, are kept as part of your service history.
  • Website usage data — basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring website. This is collected through standard server logs and any analytics tools we use.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected, including:

  • Responding to your enquiries and quote requests.
  • Scheduling, confirming, and delivering your cleaning sessions.
