Yes, customers are expected to provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer, we can bring an eco-friendly cleaning kit for an additional $20 per visit. Just let us know when you book.

Yes. Standard sessions have a 3-hour minimum. Our Evening Express service has a 2-hour minimum. You only ever pay for time the cleaner is actually at your home, so if they finish earlier than booked, you are only charged for the actual time worked.

We serve all of Singapore, including HDB, condo, and landed properties. Just send us your address on WhatsApp for confirmation.

One cleaner per visit. For recurring bookings, we do our best to send the same cleaner each time so they get familiar with your home and preferences.

Our cleaners rely on public transport, so they may arrive up to 15 minutes earlier or later than the booked slot. If there is an unexpected delay beyond that, we will contact you in advance.

Yes, for safety reasons our cleaners do not clean high places or tall furniture that require a ladder, and they do not clean exterior windows or outside fittings. Mopping balcony floors is fine where there is a safe handrail.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If anything is not up to your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a re-clean at no extra charge.

We accept PayNow and bank transfer. 50% payment is required upfront upon booking, with the remaining 50% balance due after the service is complete.

Yes, our move in/out cleaning is one of our most popular services. We provide a top-to-bottom deep clean perfect for handover or settling in.

You can book anytime. We accept bookings around the clock via WhatsApp. Last-minute and evening express bookings are subject to cleaner availability, so the earlier you message us, the wider your choice of slots.

Yes. Please WhatsApp us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule with no penalty.

Yes. Go Cleaners is a MOM-licensed household service company (UEN 202207807D). All our cleaners are legally employed full-time with valid work permits.

Yes. Regular packages enjoy lower hourly rates starting from $18/hr. WhatsApp us for a customized quote.

We operate 8:00am to 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday. Our 2-hour Express service is available from 6:00pm onwards.

The $20 off first-time discount applies to your very first booking with us. It cannot be combined with other ongoing package promotions.
