A few points worth knowing about these prices:
- Trials are first-time offers. The $20 first-time discount cannot be stacked with package promotions.
- Hour packages are shareable across two venues. If you look after your own flat and your parents' place, one package can cover both. Each session is a minimum of 3 hours, and 50% is paid upfront.
- Move-in/out cleaning is our deep clean. We do not sell a separate deep-clean product. Move-in/out cleaning is our thorough clean for when you move in or out, priced by size rather than by the hour.
How many hours does your home need?
Treat the figures below as a guide, not a promise. Every home is different, and the right number of hours depends on its size, layout and condition.
- 3 hours usually suits smaller homes, such as studios, 1- to 3-room HDB flats, or a focused clean of specific areas like the kitchen and bathrooms.
- 4 hours suits most 4- and 5-room HDB flats. This is why our 4-hour trial is the one we recommend for those homes.
- More than 4 hours is often needed for executive flats, condominiums and landed homes. Bigger flats and condos usually need more hours.
- 2 or 3 hours in the evening express slot, from 6pm, can work as a quick top-up after work: $38 for 2 hours or $55 for 3 hours.
If you are unsure, start with a trial. After the first visit, you and your cleaner will have a much clearer sense of how long your home really takes, and you can adjust from there.
What changes the price of home cleaning
The final amount you pay comes down to a handful of factors.
Number of hours
For one-time and regular cleaning, you pay for the number of hours you book. Book enough hours to cover the areas you want cleaned.
Flat size and type
A larger home takes longer to clean. For move-in/out cleaning, size is what sets the flat estimate, which is why the price list is broken down by square footage.
One-time versus regular cleaning
One-time cleaning is $25 per hour. Regular cleaning starts from $18 per hour, so if you need help every week or every fortnight, a regular arrangement or a prepaid package brings the hourly rate down. The 48-hour package, for example, works out to $18 per hour.
Cleaning equipment
For general cleaning, customers supply their own cleaning equipment and products, such as a vacuum, mop and cleaning solutions. For move-in and move-out cleaning, our team brings the equipment and cleaning solutions.
How to book
Booking is done over WhatsApp at +65 8950 0767, from 8am to 10pm daily. Share your home type, rough size, preferred date and the service you want. For move-in/out cleaning, mention any renovation dust or whether the oven, fridge or balcony need cleaning.
To confirm a booking, pay 50% upfront by PayNow or bank transfer.
